I have been working at ICC
Pros – Working for a consulting company gives you exposure and insights into many different industries that you simply would not get when working for a standard corporate company
Cons – Being a consultant means that you are primarily working on the clients's premises, which means that you are often out of the loop with what is going on with the company and do not get the same opportunities of teamwork and building relationships as with a standard corporate company

I worked at ICC
Pros – It's a job, not a career. ICC is known for strong competence in technology. A lot of that competence comes from individual contractors who train junior contractors. You're only expected to work 40 hours a week and many projects do pay overtime, which is nice.
Cons – A pure body shop with a toxic in office culture. Boring and uninspiring.
ICC likes to talk about how much they value their employees, but it's just that. All talk. ICC only cares about the money. They will do anything to get you billable and keep you billable no matter what the impact.

I have been working at ICC
Pros – -Pay and benefits are OK, on par with other consulting companies
-Other consultants share and try to help
-Lost of in's with companies in Columbus
Cons – -Senior management has lost their way in trying to push fixed bid projects
-No experience in spec'ing, estimating or delivering fixed bid projects
-Every fixed bid project attempted ends up behind and in trouble usually less than 25% into the project
-Inner circle of people that are considered the "gifted", everyone else is just another cog and treated as such
Advice to Senior Management – Stop doing fixed bid projects
Clean out people that cant deliver at all levels including management
Return to previous vision where delivery is valued instead of certifications and fluff

I worked at ICC
Pros – -good socializing oppurtuniity
-benefits are avg.
-give you 3 pto when you start that is nice.
- good Internet connection and network.
Cons – -PTO system is bad. They give you a bulk days off every 6 months and those are not cashable either. You should quit once you have burnt your PTO.
- every dollar you bring is shared by at least half a dozen senior managers who don't have to do anything.
- they have irrelevant managers for managing bodies who are purely staffed out. These managers claim they r everything n they can overrule the client. Clients don't care
