    Pros

Student advisors are amazing and do a job that is too often thankless.

The school takes on students who would be rejected by other schools.
    high performance standards for instructor.

    Relevant in-services are given.

    Cons

Very long hours, including the unofficial requirement to work weekends. There is little done to encourage a work-life balance. Instructors seem to only work, eat, sleep.

No increase in salary in three years. Expensive new technology services implemented, but there seems to be no extra money for instructors who are among those who are at the greatest point of contact with students.

    Many, many responsibilities beyond instruction.

Constant pressure to ensure that a majority of students pass.

Students seem to be inadequately screened to guarantee that they have the reading and writing skills needed to succeed.

Dept. chairs are not given long-range schedules of what classes will be offered, thus, instructors are notified just a few days in advance, so there is no way to predict when one will be assigned to a class.

    Advice to Management

An occasional messages from the CEO would be appreciated.

Periodic increases in salary would be a plus.

Reduce the amount of time between the start of a class and receipt of wages (6-8 weeks).

    Pros

The only good thing about working for ICDC college were my co-workers. But thats not the case for everybody.

    Cons

Long hours, no room for growth, micromanaging at its best, profit hungry company, does not care about employees.

    Advice to Management

Rather than focusing on making profit and customer service, focus on improving the lives of the students we are helping by actually offering a valid education.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue, and treat your employee like you care about them and don't lie about giving them raises when your not.

    Pros

Very few, the economy is good now so you can find a better job prospect

    Cons

Where do I even start Im not sure ..

    1. Pay and benefits are pitifully small, no vacation for a year and sick benefits ensure you work to the bone before you can take day off
    2. thats ok if you're sick you will be replaced within one year to fire you to save money. hire and fire is the style of management here at ICDC
    3. inflexible schedule you are always forced to work hours due to "coverage" problems
    4. Management training does not exist- sadistic management.
    5. I can go on and on and on.

    Advice to Management

read the reviews posted on the site and don't just ignore the problems - the icdc college way.

    Pros

    Apparently all the fake reviews

    Cons

Poor leadership, management is ureasonable in expectations placed upon their employees, empoyees are unappreciated and often fired to save a dime, students are not happy and receive poor education while president gets rich off federal tax money, this school is a scam and a awful place to work.

    Advice to Management

Listen to all your fake reviews, your company is 1/5 stars, very poor management skills - unhappy employees

    Pros

if you can make it here; you can make it anywhere!

    Cons

The pressure is unreasonable. The benefits are horrible. All the employees are bonded over shady EXECUTIVE management practices. Only take a job here if it is your last resort! Seriously...last resort!

    Pros

I work here because I love my job and this company. Yes, I have developed many friendships, gained experience and watched students come back and be say "thank you" for education they received, for all the support and for being there for them. I saw this company grow, and I don't think it's perfect, but I think it's a pretty great nib to have.

    Cons

People who come to work, collect paychecks, then post negative comments. If you are that unhappy, look for another job.

    Advice to Management

    Someone will always be unhappy.

    Pros

You'll have some great coworkers. Flexible schedule too. Not much else too say about this place.

    Cons

    Where to start!
No sick time for 6 months and no vacation time for a year.
Cameras everywhere! They say is for safety, but they actually watch your every move. One slip up and they're quick to send the video to your manager for a write up or termination.
They record your phone calls too.
No employee appreciation whatsoever. You can go above and beyond, but they won't recognize it. However, if you make one mistake, you get called out.
Basically a hire and fire company. They'll do a mass hiring so they can pay the new people less, and lay off people that have been there for a while. Anything to make profit.
They enroll just about anyone. You'll have students that can barely write sentences and some are even homeless.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and you won't be one of the lowest rated companies out there.
