Pros
the hours are great, you can have a personal life. The people bend over backwards to give great customer service.
Cons
for upper management, one month time is not enuf for someone walking in off the street w/o prior company knowledge of policy and how things get done
Advice to Senior Management
I would suggest additional time for training of managers fresh off the street, with additional time every month or so for follow up training.
