Pros – Resources made available when needed.
Support by Line Manager was very good.
Well Paid.
Cons – Corporate attitude towards staff was very poor. You are a machine. They make it very clear on your first day what they will not stand for and make little effort to sell the company to you. Very Jekyll and Hyde culture. My Line manager apologised on my first day when before he explained company rules to me.
Advice to Senior Management – Make the staff feel human. They are not machines. Some attention to the personal needs and a little understanding would go a long way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
