I have been working at ICONMA full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Unlike other companies I have worked for, ICONMA does not foster a dog eat dog style within it's corporation. You do not find yourself fighting with other co-workers over an account or a position. ICONMA does a very good job of ensuring quality over quantity and puts the client first. Because of this, the list of clients we service is extremely impressive.

    Cons

Some account managers, in my mind are not proactive or aggressive enough. There are times where I feel we could have more placements at an organization, or more traction within certain organizations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a better job advertising the company, this will being in better talent.

I like the fact that they stay out of your way. If the client isn't complaining, they don't bother you.

I have been working at ICONMA full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

After a recent recruiting process "revamp" it has become one of the best places to be a Recruiter in my opinion. My Recruiting Manager is very supportive and more than willing to help in any way they can. We are given Contractor Relationship Specialists for each client to keep in contact and support our consultants, this also helps give the Recruiters more time to recruit and less time to spend of contractor follow up. The HR team is also very prompt when sending out paperwork, on-boarding new consultants, and following up with internal employee Q&As and consultant issues. Very supportive environment all around.

    Cons

None that i can think of at this time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None. I feel we are moving in the right direction, I am excited for the future.

I have been working at ICONMA full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Most coworkers were friendly and competent

    Cons

If you want to be micromanaged and send out a thousand emails a day to "breaks" this is the place for you. No structure or management/leadership. Company is ran by incompetent people. AM's are glorified data entry clerks that are completely afraid to pick up the phones and reach out to managers or quite simply do their jobs. Would rather gossip about others, what's for lunch. Incompetent to say the least.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Like others have mentioned- take management classes and clean house......

I have been working at ICONMA full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I have worked with ICONMA for the past 6 years and have experienced a great working environment. I was given the opportunity to grow within the firm as I started out as a recruiter and have moved on to an operations lead role. They have a large number of clients across the country and have a pretty aggressive team who are on always trying to make things happen. I have seen the company grow in the past 6 years and feel that they can go a long way.

The office has a very friendly atmosphere and we have events like birthday parties, softball games, team dinners etc which certainly helps to create a great environment.

    Cons

None that I can think of.
