    Pros

The CEO was very friendly and you would often see her in the office.

    Cons

Micromanage. Practically have to ask to use the restroom. Salary employee but they monitor your every move. Management would literally yell in the office. Point out people to sham them.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like adults. Show respect. Better pay

    Pros

Unlike other companies I have worked for, ICONMA does not foster a dog eat dog style within it's corporation. You do not find yourself fighting with other co-workers over an account or a position. ICONMA does a very good job of ensuring quality over quantity and puts the client first. Because of this, the list of clients we service is extremely impressive.

    Cons

Some account managers, in my mind are not proactive or aggressive enough. There are times where I feel we could have more placements at an organization, or more traction within certain organizations.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job advertising the company, this will being in better talent.

  9. I like the fact that they stay out of your way. If the client isn't complaining, they don't bother you.

    Pros

After a recent recruiting process "revamp" it has become one of the best places to be a Recruiter in my opinion. My Recruiting Manager is very supportive and more than willing to help in any way they can. We are given Contractor Relationship Specialists for each client to keep in contact and support our consultants, this also helps give the Recruiters more time to recruit and less time to spend of contractor follow up. The HR team is also very prompt when sending out paperwork, on-boarding new consultants, and following up with internal employee Q&As and consultant issues. Very supportive environment all around.

    Cons

None that i can think of at this time

    Advice to Management

None. I feel we are moving in the right direction, I am excited for the future.
