It was worth learning finance more intensively, but very less pay.

Analyst (Former Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsGreat place to learn finance, understanding business models of different comapnies,

ConsDifferential treatment towards employees, Older employees are preferred, small problems to new employees are not given with a solution unless escalated, unequal work distribution and no effort reward ratio measurement system.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease listen to your employees, rectify the problems than just making it an issue. Rewards should be strictly based on the performance, no preference shall be given to employees those who have spent more time in the organisation & Skill should be valued.
