Pros – Work environment and feel of ownership

Cons – Salary ( Its low for me as I'm a fresher in the Company ).. however for others IDC is a good paymaster.

Pros – The company is not particularly demanding of its employees. There are no formal performance metrics or time sheets. In other words there is no way for your manager to formerly evaluate how you spend your time.

Cons – If you want to deliver value for customers, innovate and be passionate about your work, drive results, or be remunerated fairly for successes, this is not the company for you.

- Nice place to have a nice chat with some people
- Very good brand
- Good place to learn about IT industry
- Work from home is available
- Good health insurance

Cons – - HR and top management stand behind you and laugh
- Salary is low
- Administration would never help you unless you engage a director
- Country managers live in a different world
- Bonus is very low
- Employees can't stop talking about each others

- Provide a real training
- Take care of your employees as you do with your clients

Cons – The work pressure some times increases too much
Multitasking to drive you insane can happen at times

2. Package is excellent.
3. HR stands in front of you and smiles.

Cons – 1. Work from home option is available after 8 months.
2. One fourth of the Package is a variable.
3. HR stands behind you and laughs, after joining.
