    Pros

An amazing team who are friendly, helpful and who care about their employees and clients immensely. Their recruiters are experienced and very professional. All the employees seem happy to work hard and put in the extra hours for the company which is a great sign in itself. I have the opportunity to grow my career, learn new things and I am very happy I decided to take this opportunity. They are always happy to sit down and listen to ideas brought forward to the company

    Cons

I do not have any cons with IDPP

I have been working at IDPP (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its my second job after Uni and I can safely say that IDPP is a good company to work for. - I like that you get treated like an adult here. - If you put the effort in, it is recognised and if you need something like gym at lunch, or to leave early for a family event, then compromise can be arranged. - I like that everyone is so friendly and all hardworking people, its nice to be around hardworking people because it is going to rub off on you! - which in tern makes you enjoy your job better! :) - I used to work in a lead driven environment, very pushy on call times, this is nothing like that. - I have been able to work on my own leads as opposed to passing them over and have had help from the management and account managers in order to do so - very supportive!

    Cons

    THE FOOSBALL TABLE IS CURSED!

    Pros

Small enough to make your mark, big enough to support world wide assignments. Not content with delivering standard recruitment services. Offers clients high value managed services and consulting services. Highly experienced & supportive leadership team, great team that get on well.

    Cons

    Have no negatives to mention.

    Advice to Management

Continue to support and lead from the front. Continue to aim to deliver excellence and innovation to client.s

    Pros

I have flexibility, responsibility, support and encouragement. I spend my days amongst excellent colleagues and friends. Some people speak of getting a Sunday night feeling of dread, thinking about going to work the next day, not me!

    Cons

    I have nothing to report.

I worked at IDPP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people were all very helpful, friendly, and understanding that it was my first job out of Uni. I had heard horror stories about some other recruitment companies but luckily IDPP wasn't like that at all. I learnt a lot from some very experienced recruiters and my career path since leaving has been a start-up, BBC, and now at Google doing technical recruitment.

    Cons

At the time I was there it was a very tough market and the new business team sometimes struggled to bring on new and sustainable clients. I don't know the situation now as I've moved to in-house recruitment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to make the staff feel valued and communicate the longer term plans.

I have been working at IDPP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I started working for IDPP in 2011 (for 1.5 years), and then left to go traveling and work in Australia. Nearly 2.5 years later I have returned to work for them, and wasn't surprised to recognise most of the faces still here. - Great working environment & people - Career progression (I started as Delivery Consultant and am now in Account Management) - Strong Management - Honest recruitment, non kpi driven - Flexible company

    Cons

Some of the guys make a lousy cuppa tea

    Pros

IDPP was my first job in recruitment and I can honestly say that I am pleased that this is the case! I have been working for IDPP for over 2.5years and they have fully supported my development and I am now an Account Manager running my own accounts. I have not only had the support from the management team, but also the Senior Account Managers who are always on hand to help you. What I really like about IDPP is the management put a lot of trust in their staff and you are not micro-managed – from the stories I have heard, this is quite rare in the world of recruitment. The best part of IDPP for me though is the people – everyone is lovely to be around and let’s face it, you spend most of your time at work so it makes It must easier when you are working with friends 

    Cons

There is always sweets/chocolates in the office!! (For some this would be one of the pros :) )

    Advice to Management

Keep involving the staff in decisions – its makes them feel included and like a proper team!

    I worked at IDPP full-time

    Pros

if you are liked my the senior management to hang out with they will always cover your back it you like sales and have no conscience place to be

    Cons

Its who you hang out with rather than what you know and can do. not professional in terms of their approach with clients...anything for a fee. will praise for work done to keep you motivated but diminish this closer to appraisals and salary reviews

    Advice to Management

treat employees fairly and be open
