Pros – work and balance life. Easy going co-worker in the company. co-worker just like your friend
Cons – Salary is low, and benefit is poor. Health insurance is way bad compare to the american company.
Advice to Senior Management – pay employee higher
Pros – Back office support personnel are helpful and professional.
Cons – Lacking language skills, the US management shuns all occasions requiring English language and provides no leadership or company direction. Yet, it still expects business to run perfectly. Consequently, things do not happen as they should be. There is always finger pointing in the most unimaginable way and employees were let go without full explanation.
Advice to Senior Management – When in Rome, do as Romans do. Get a management team that respects and knows the US culture and how business should be run.
Pros – Reasonable compansation and benefit among its peers (foreign-operated companies) if you received bonus quarterly/ yearly.
Office space is great and location is close to freeway.
Cons – Lack of respects from the managements. It is very hard for newcomers, you may not get the resources/ supports from the managements and colleagues.
Advice to Senior Management – "Success is only achieved when people are allowed to become the best they can be, and that this is only possible when they are given the tools and opportunities to fulfill their potential."

Pros – As long as you stay long, it's rather easy to get promoted.
Cons – The internal working models are not very organized.
Advice to Senior Management – Should give more trust on good employees as well as space and freedom to thrive.
Pros – - Most of the co-workers are easy to get along with
- Can learn a lot within a short period of time
Cons – - Office building is right next to a huge power substation (not good for your health?)
- Lots of overtime. If you take responsibility seriously, then you'll have to work over 12 hrs/day without being recognized.
Advice to Senior Management – - Try to value your employees more and they will be more willing to work for you or else they will just do their job as a job without putting in their passion.
Pros – Freedom to chose the project
Money is good atleast for me
HR policies are not that bad
Cons – No career improvements
Management dont have view for empowering the employees
Management dont have proper vision for new products
Advice to Senior Management – Please try to empower employees by training them when ever needed, Plan a career plan for employees, try to run this company as a tech company and not as a manufacturing unit.
This company revenue is abt 200 Mn $ but it has capability to be even 500 mn $ if you set right management direction and empower middle level management instead of just running as on Man show (CEO)
