    I have been working at IFDC full-time

    Pros

    the organization has one of the best benefits packages in the world -- 200% employer paid

    Cons

    the location is in Florence Alabama and that is not too attractive a location

    Advice to Management

    hve more flexibility on the location of jobs to attract people from all over the owrld

    This is a great place to work and most people get along very well. Most are scientists and have a lot of knowledge in their field.

    Depends of donations which are up and down with the economy.

    An organisation that seeks to help farmers find ready market for their produce

    Donor funding delays and withdrawals

    Employ committed directors and managers who will seek to source for funds diligently

    I have been working at IFDC as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Impower farmers on the modern technology of farming, increase Agric. production, change farmers' lifestyles, create market for farmers etc

    Cons

    The coordination of the program is not so bad, but there's mutual understanding of the downlines

    The upper management as well is so cooperative with their downline staff

    IFDC is a good training ground.

    Bad Personnel Policy. IFDC does not value her staff
