Pros – Very large group, many opportunities within the group, if you are in a junior or middle management position .. it can provide career advancement.
Stable salaries.. Average pay

Cons – -Uni-cultured (mainly Indian/Pakistani)
-Very unstable management (frequent and abrupt changes in management in CEO level)
-Family business and run this way also .. the family interferes in the management.
-HR believes in filling positions from outside .. no career advancement possible especially for mid/highlevel management.
-provide the cheapest medical insurance .. standard family benefits only for family with 2 kids
