Pros – You get many holidays and the job is stable since the company get budget from government.
Cons – The working environment is not very exciting.

Pros – it is a good company for research and development. Mainy in the upstream, reservoir geology nice opportunities for career. But stay in reserach
Cons – Only research careers. A lot of budget restrictions and not so many opportunities of management.
