    Pros

    - flexible working hours
    - good working atmosphere
    - having the chance to work with consultants who were opened to questions
    - developing company

    Cons

    - organisation of internship: their main aim is not to help you improve but to monitor future labour force
    - they do not offer a fix salary, you get your payment for your working hours, which are highly volatile

    Let interns participate in projects

I have been working at IFUA Horvath & Partners

    Pros

Flexible hours at the Budapest office
    Sometimes interesting jobs
You may work a lot a gain a decent experience on some topics

    Cons

    Low wage
Usually not interesting jobs, but ones that should be given to robots
Bing an intern does not bring any advantages on applying for a full-time position

    Advice to Management

Pay more for the interns and then expect professional output from them.
