“Tolerable workload”
Current Employee – been working at IGEC full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Pressure not too much and you can work in a very friendly environment
Cons – As i'm working abroad still the current salary company provide was not much profitable
Advice to Senior Management – If benefits can be more for the employee that will encourage to continue working
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Helping senior management, good environment.
Cons – Little salary, no bonuses or incentive schemes. Delayed request process.
Advice to Senior Management – De-centralized and delegate more.
