Pros – Trading in equity *(Cash & Derivates), commodity

Cons – Apart for Brokerage, you have to aquiremew equity, commoddity and currency account and also cross sell insurance

Pros – work culture is good. Not too aggressive approach like that of its competitors.

Cons – Dirty politics. A major difficulity for making your seniors understand that time has changed and you need to change ... the old thoery of what is written in the policy.. is correct. Don`t apply your brains ..that does not suits this company.

Advice to Senior Management – More aggressive approach to be followed with a decent incentive plan so as to keep the current work force highly motivated.

Pros – The best thing which I liked is rapid growth of personals based on his/her performance and contribution towards the company. We just need to have faith in senior management and the company as well and just keep doing our best for overall growth of the business of the company.

Cons – No such downside as well, if straightly speaking I am totally satisfied with all what the company is providing to me.

Advice to Senior Management – I am not so much experienced to advice the Hon'bl Management. It is doing it best for the rapid growth of the company and the result is also visinle to all. I wish my company will reach the zenith of the success verry soon as we are having such experties at all levels.
