Pros – As it was an autonomous - quasi-Government, I preferred to work there.

Cons – Future chance of career advancement was not that much attractive.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide adequate encouragement and offer some good salary package.

Calm environment for conducting knowledge oriented tasks.

Cons – The compensation is below par the industry levels. If it is increased somewhat people would stay longer.

Cons – lots of administrative work. Couldnt concentrate on the acadademic part.
