    I have been working at IIT Bombay full-time

    Pros

    In India it's one of the prestige institute for Research and people do here good research. But at the same undergraduate student should think little research oriented problem rather than just dollar making.

    Cons

    Doing research in the area of Nanotechnology and i am exploring lot of new things here.

    Advice to Management

    Day by day they should increase the research level.

    Flexible timings, broad exposure to new technologies, plenty of opportunities to meet highly distinguished faculties around the world.

    Cons

    less hikes and less residential facilities, should join only if some one have a real zeal to learn and not more into the money.

    Advice to Management

    The Institute pays far less than what the other industries pay, since it is an academic institute , it would be better if the staff are provided with good accommodation and other benifits
