    Pros

Flexible timings, broad exposure to new technologies, plenty of opportunities to meet highly distinguished faculties around the world.

    Cons

less hikes and less residential facilities, should join only if some one have a real zeal to learn and not more into the money.

    Advice to Management

The Institute pays far less than what the other industries pay, since it is an academic institute , it would be better if the staff are provided with good accommodation and other benifits
