I have been working at IIT Delhi

    Pros

    The CS dept. rocks.
    The CS faculty rocks.
The campus is lush green, even though it is small.
Great placement scenarios, especially for the CS field.

    Cons

Sometimes too much courses to handle might result in too less free time, or below par grades, though the new curriculum has been rectified by reducing the required number of credits to obtain the degree.
Fields like Textile, BioTech do not attract much handsome packages, and hence the respective students seek jobs in other non-core fields, or go for MBA.

I have been working at IIT Delhi as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

IIT Delhi offers you exposure and opportunities in the fields you want to work in. The labs and infrastructure are the benefits which can't be availed at most of the places.

    Cons

Lack of industrial experience. If you want to go for an internship in IIT then have a clear picture of your future first. You should know where you are heading, GRE, GATE CAT etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Projects should be in collaboration of industry and academics.
