Advice to Senior Management
Management training
Pros
Nice people and work enviornment
Cons
they will underpay you where they can and the management beyound the site level is pretty poor
Advice to Senior Management
Get more technically skilled people at the management level not just pushy personality types
Pros
Wonderful place to get work done and enjoyment of doing so.. the people are so wonderful here in Pittsburgh at every site. great benefits.
Cons
It's really great if you land a good site to work at. Some of the companies we run centers for are really demanding and others are kind of laid back so its a little harder if you get a busy site.
Advice to Senior Management
I would prefer if the management interacted with us a little more just to make sure everything is running as smooth as it should but for the most part keep up the outstanding job
Pros
my coworkers are nice and we all work well together, the work is mindless but keeps us busy and the day moves quickly
Cons
no overtime, sorting mail is the worst
Advice to Senior Management
havent been here long enough to post solid review of management
Pros
Great people, training and perks at times.
Cons
Micro managing needs to cut down a little.
Advice to Senior Management
Reward your employees with more outings.
Pros
Freedom during the work day.
Cons
Management in the New Orleans office has no idea what they are doing.
Pros
Competitive pay. Advancement opportunities, a lot of promoting within. Competent people left alone to do their job, but when needed management listened. Tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Many of the jobs are lower level, entry jobs. Therefore, some departments had careless employees just there to make a paycheck. Jobs moved back east without regard for employees or the client.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your staff. Their ideas, experience and opinions are one of the best assets a company can have. Have work programs for capable working mothers. Set up private rooms for nursing moms and decompression/discussion area for all.
Pros
Global resources, great processes and systems.
Cons
Too many middle managers, widespread mistrust with low morale.
Advice to Senior Management
Try building a team; not spending everyday protecting yourself. Manage upwards as much as you manage downwards. Get out of the office once in a while to learn what is taking place in the market.
Pros
Stepping stone to further your career in sales.
Service techs are great
Benefits
Cons
Low salary
No car allowance
Lots of expenses
Door to door cold calling
Lots of customer issues
Micromanaging
High quotas
Advice to Senior Management

Cons
commoditized industry and management team
Advice to Senior Management
times changed too quickly for organization
