    Pros

The people are great to work with! Mostly a casual work environment. The hours are more flexible than most, as the company is more interested in getting the job done. The office building is still very new, in a newly-built Reston Town Center area. The pay is good, with the full set of benefits.

    Cons

The company is going through layoffs due to a downturn in business, so they are not hiring anytime soon. Check back when they start launching again.

    Pros

Location, most people are great to work with, decent salaries

    Cons

Very limited upward mobility (~65 employees), bad work/life balance, terrible telecommuting opportunities, poorly run HR department

    Advice to Management

Break away from "good old boys" thinking left over from Lockheed days. Trust employees to complete work in a virtual environment from home. Create more solid HR policies that apply across the board and don't make exceptions for "favorite" employees.
