Good experts in different technologies

Cons – Slowness in decisions especially in new projects

Advice to Senior Management – Speed up decision taking,

“just about ok for those who work to live”

Pros – Friendly, gives graduates a chance without experience

Cons – Low wages, no chance of making management, long hours
