Cons
Rapid change going on and that leads to confusion
Because it's so big, communications is sometimes lacking
Can feel very "political" at times
Advice to Senior Management
Everyone says it but communication is the key. Let everyone know what the game plan is and most will rally behind it.
Pros
It has a good vibe. Easy going a lot of the time
Cons
Pay is poor, high staff turnover
Advice to Senior Management
Look to develop staff more with courses and rigid training.
Pros
Event invites. A good way to get your foot in the door and meet important people. Didn't work in the marketing/models division but rather for custom publisher the Daily.
Cons
Skimped on health benefits and overuses the permalance contingent
Advice to Senior Management
Not really sure. Just be mindful of your staff and who you hire. Certain people are promoted for the wrong reasons and others leave on bad terms. It is what it is and is a good way to meet people and make contacts but as a long-term place to work, not so much.
