passionate and very intelligent staff fair and flexible management flexible and generous with holiday allocation you do work very hard on projects, and when you're in between projects you are given a fair bit of leeway and stress-free downtime fantastic resourcing coordinator for the consultants, she really cares about people's career aspirations and tries her best to put people on projects in line with those

salary could definitely be a lot better, obviously it is a smaller company than the big consultancies , but still technical skills seem to be a lot more valued than non-technical skills also i agree with the Cons written by the other poster, definitely the whole inner circle thing going on with management, but that is slowly changing. tendency to stick with the core strengths of the company, which tends to hinder efforts to innovate, but this is starting to change.

    Advice to Management

foster and cultivate innovation! has the potential to become a google-type consulting and tech company. you're sitting on a gold mine there. passionate and very intelligent staff with lots of ideas and visions for new revenue streams and business areas, unfortunately most of these ideas just stay as ideas.
