Pros

Here you have opportunities to really get involved in business and quickly learn a lot of stuff,especially for graduates and rookies.
Not a very huge company, almost no political or serious office relationships. There is a good enviroment for all the staff. You are gonna enjoy staying at the office sometimes.

Cons

I think less pay is the most downside in this company despite the some good parts. So you can't be happy here if you focused on the money too much.
I am afraid I can not find any other reason I do not want to stay with this company.

Advice to Senior Management

Doing very good job. Lead and support the subsidiaries properly.

Pros

People are great, flexible with time off, lots of freedom, free pop and the reaction you get telling people you work for a company that builds slurpee machines

Cons

Communication between departments could be better, some products are not designed for easy manufacturing, short staffed but slow to hire people, inventory management software is frustrating to use

Advice to Senior Management

The company could run 1000% better with the right resources, especially investing in the technology infrastructure. Updating to a modern inventory system would especially save a lot of frustration, as would doing manufacturability assessments before putting parts into production.
