Pros
Private held company that is run like professional company, but the heart of a family. High risk and high reward. Very little micro managing as far as what time you are in the office or what time you leave. They trust you to do your job. They give back to employees when times are good. The real estate market was a great fun business with domestic and international travel, if you like that. No dress code so you can be comfortable in what ever you want to dress like.
Greenville is cheap place to live. Beautiful mountains and great down town.
Cons
Ceiling for advancement once you get to certain level. The top managers never leave, so if you want to eventually be a Vice President or Sr. Vice President, this is not the company for you.
The marketing quality is that of a midscale company, not very luxurious. The creative team has to much power and do not like receiving input from other people. If you do not care about input into creative, than it is fine. But if you want to have input this is not the place for you.
Real estate market stinks right now and uncertain how long the company will be around.
