Pros – Employees are given a lot of flexibility in hours and tasks assigned.

Cons – Low/mid level management are ineffective leaders.

Advice to Senior Management – Do a better job at identifying ineffective workers; they lower morale.

Cons – bad management, unprofessional, short staffing.

Advice to Senior Management – Think ahead when it comes to hiring
