Current Employee – been working at IMPAX Laboratories full-time
Pros – the people you work with are generally good people. likely to make life-long friendships. everyone is treated well enough on a personal level.
Cons – the company policies protect the company (profit) at the expense of its employees (even the good ones). virtually all lower-level and even mid-level employees are overworked and underpaid. I've been working there for nearly 3 years now, and though most of the management in my department have told me on several occasions that I deserve to be promoted, I still have not been.
Advice to Senior Management – care more about your employees.

Former Employee – worked at IMPAX Laboratories
Pros – Good Benefits,Friendly co-workers. Low pay compare to other companies. No bonus and incentive for employees to advance. Need to recruit better people.
Cons – Take the job if this is the only offer.
Bad working environment.
Management won't listen to you
Not a good place to start with your career.
Advice to Senior Management – Need better managements especially with all the drama from FDA. Need more incentive for people to advance their career such as promotion and bonus.

Current Employee – been working at IMPAX Laboratories
Pros – long weekends. 3 or 4 weekends to be exact.
Cons – low pay, no benefits for at least a year. depending on the people you work with, work can be very relaxed or very stressful. you will have a lot a responsibilities and will be blamed for anything that goes wrong (your fault or not). lots and lots of paper work. you will be filling out paper work and cleaning more than you will be running a process.
Advice to Senior Management – if you offered a higher wage, people would stop leaving.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
