the perks
good atmosphere
good management

Cons

the work environment(ie. cubical spaces) are a bit out dated and kind of drab
employes are not always informed of process changes all the tim and the training of new staff is not yet standardized across the board

Advice to Senior Management

i would tell that to look at the people working for them and make them happy first before trying to improve them because if the employees are not happy then they will not be motivated to work harder for the company.... a happy worker makes a happy manager.
