    Pros

Good compensation and bonuses. The company would pay for anyone to prepare for and take the CFA exam. There are some nice co-workers.

    Cons

Poor work/life balance for back office employees. Poor performers are kept around for way too long in alot of cases. Certain awful managers were seemingly rewarded for bad behavior, and HR was powerless to intervene.

    Pros

Dedicated gym and cafeteria. Great perks and highly competitive salary. Diverse environment. Amazing down to earth people which makes collaborating and meetings go well (overall).

    Cons

Just like with any job place, there are difficult people and bosses. Depending on your team / boss, details and projects that should be easy become vague and difficult.

    Pros

Laid back. Ok salary. If you're a politician you may have a future here. Beautiful offices

    Cons

Bonuses don't depend on your performance. I got promoted only because I got the right contacts. If you just work hard, you won't get a good bonus.

The name of the game is be a politician; once you get that, you really don't have to do much.

    Advice to Management

    Stop killing each other

    Pros

Good benefits and some good people to work with. But surprisingly the people I enjoyed working with were not at this office but one of the other offices in New York or Atlanta.

    Cons

Does not promote if you are not a brown noser. Despite working there for over nine years, an impeccable work record, I was constantly denied opportunities to further my career due to a horrible micro-manager boss. She lied on my performance reports and to upper management for her own career sake. Glad I do not work there anymore!

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees when they say a manager is a bad manager. It affects the performance of employees and promotes dissatisfaction in the company culture

    Cons

Limited growth opportunities. Top heavy which made it challenging to grow to full potential. Challenging to get get noticed as senior management worked on more interesting and visible projects. Lack of faith in employees at mid level.

    Advice to Management

    Create more growth opportunities internally.

    Pros

company is becoming its own without Dutch Group sometime soon. 40 hr. volunteer / community paid off time per year

    Cons

no one knows what kind of company will it turn out to be. Hired leaders talk the talk, and got paid handsomely to make company public, meanwhile company is quietly laying off people while overworked worker bees have no salary increases in years.

    Advice to Management

    don't let company implode
