Pros
great brand and terrific faculty training
Cons
faculty leadership have no experience in leading, treat staff poorly, preference given to faculty spouses and not based on performance or capability. Staff are told they are empowered and held accountable--but not given the resources or mandate to change anything. So the long time staff know they can just wait out and eventually nothing will change.
Advice to Senior Management
Experienced leadership is needed--at the top, someone willing to make the tough decisions. At the department level, hire professionals with experience--not faculty who have never managed.
Pros
Great staff, professors -very supportive and super friendly. Work life balance is amazing. Not to mention 38 hour working week in France, which is mandatory. If you work overtime you must take time off to 'recuperate' those days. You have 5-6 weeks vacation time even when you just come on board. Autonomy is great - very entrepreneurial environment. Fontainebleau is a beautiful small french village not too far from Paris and Singapore is also fantastic. Both campuses/offices are very nice and modern with top notch facilities. You also have on-site cafeteria, gym, book store, newspapers, office supplies all on campus.
Cons
If you are a city person, you are working in a small village in the forest. Beautiful but it would be nice if it was a little closer to paris (it's about 65 km but traffic is a nightmare and the school is not walking distance from the train station). No major pay increases or promotions given regularly. Most people stay in the same roles for a number of years. However people do switch over to different deparments quite frequently.

Advice to Senior Management
Try to be little more considerate towards IT department employees.
Pros
Great Place, Nice Job! Nice work environment, easy work hours. Encouraged while showing enthusiasm and interest in work. Also, Fbleau is an awesome place to live in! Everyone speaks english and french which is nice. Compensation is very satisfactory but is more in line with standards of living in Fbleau and neighboring areas, not Paris. Benefits are nice too. Management is very understanding of employee needs.
Cons
Not too many growth opportunities. Sometimes, the broader vision and purpose is not clearly explained to all employees. Causes a lack of direction, and can be a little discouraging. Of course, this is just based on my experience.
Advice to Senior Management
Better explain broader scope of projects to all employees
