Awesome experience at INTO CSU Learning Resource Center

Lab Assistant (Current Employee) Fort Collins, CO

ProsThe whole world comes to you at INTO LRC ! The staff, teachers, and students are all very friendly! Every day of working at the LRC is a day of learning and making friends!

ConsAlmost nothing so far! If I had to think of something, that would be the lack of a new photocopy machine. The current one is somewhat outdated!

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Poor Management, Office politics too extreme, inconsistent

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Tampa, FL

ProsWonderful students, nice campus at USF

ConsDoes not promote within, after dangling it to everyone constantly, wants to pay adjunct rates but get 100% commitment from instructors, lack of stability, used a raffle to award summer jobs, which resulted in some getting more work than desired and others having to wait until the last minute and possibly not getting as much as desired, decreased pay in past three years, very focused on profit, not student learning

Advice to Senior Managementpromote within instead of externally, quit changing the policies and curriculum constantly,

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    A true learning experience

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe opportunity to work with and be exposed to a very diverse international (student) community.

ConsHard working employees were not advanced or rewarded. Biased behavior, nepotism and discrimination from middle and upper management seemed rampant and accepted.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmploying and internally promoting qualified candidates based on level of skill and the ability to perform and exceed expectations will build a better company culture and sustain future success and lower employee turnover rate.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
