Pros – Dynamic environment, global experience, big challenges for big thinkers
Cons – Lack of focus, so many opportunities and the need to focus on the few that are the best vs. trying to be all things to all people. The move from consortium to for-profit has been difficult and poses remarkable and unique challenges
Advice to Senior Management – Stay on one path and maintain a single cohesive strategy.

Pros – Good work-life balance. Much to learn, many skills to pick up in first few years.
Cons – No shared strategy. Deep infighting under the surface. Lack of accountability for rationale and outcome of decisions. Frequent and seemingly desperate reorgs. Low bar of success.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to collaborate -- the place is too small for that level of self-promotion, politics and division. Define success upfront and hold yourselves accountable for it. Less time painting powerpoints for those above you and more time understanding what is below you. Execute much better.
Pros – Good Salary, good people to work with
Cons – No clear strategy, keeps shifting goal posts, frequent restructuring efforts, reactive environment and for a very small company works like how a big company does.
Advice to Senior Management – Get your strategy and vision right!
Pros – Challenging work in comfortable conditions with talented people
Cons – Strange but have Nothing to say here ....
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Good pay, some nice people work here if you are lucky enough to get on the right team.
Cons – Senior Management/Executives should be fired. Sales never makes the projected revenues/forecasts. Products never seem to be significantly improved.
Advice to Senior Management – Management by bullying the employees, micro-management and constant re-organizations bound to fail.

Pros – - Okay life-work balance
- A lot of talented people, most who would be better off at a company that appreciates their skills
Cons – It saddens me to write a negative review about a company I once enjoyed working for, however things are getting worse & worse by the day...here's what I have to say:
- Management is playing with people
- Unrealistic expectations in which wears down employees, resulting in turn over
- Too many levels of management
- Most projects are poorly planned and poorly funded
- Lots of $$$ spent on the wrong areas of the business
- No career path
- More & more restrictions and "BS" in place instead of fixing any actual problem
Advice to Senior Management – - Treat your employees better and help them get ahead!
- Get over your egos, understand where the talent lies and show appreciation for your employees
- Hire managers that know how to manage & motivate a team
- STOP the gossip!! Every time there is a change coming up, information gets leaked and only the “brown nosers” get to know ahead of time – either tell all employees or NONE!!!
- Cost cuts are done to the middle workers, while the higher ranking managers are constantly traveling – 1st class, preferably!
Overall, you can't continually take from your staff and then wonder why no one wants to stay or join the company.

Pros – Working hours flexibility, some good perks. Benefits used to be great, but a lot has changed lately.
Cons – Too many changes in every aspect of the business more than once a year that affect tremendously the employee morale, and the company’s credibility . Very sad to see a company that once we could consider ‘one of the best companies to work for’,and now
it has come down to a place where employees feel insecure about the company's future; too many turnovers, lacking direction & leadership, decisions are often made without proper planning, and usually the 'middle workers' suffer the consequence of it.
Advice to Senior Management – GET RID OF OFFICE POLITICS & QUIT MAKING EXPENSIVE TRIPS!
Pros – mid to entry level workers easy to work with
Cons – Business model has not produced new product revenue
Advice to Senior Management – find someone to acquire existing product line
Pros – Salaries are above market for most employees, work-life balance
Cons – everything else, frequent lay-offs, no management direction
Advice to Senior Management – take your head out of sand and stop drinking alcohol during office hours

Pros – Respectable pay. Cafe in the office building. Nice corporate park. Decent looking building. Ability to work remotely.
Cons – Layoffs layoffs and more layoffs. Turnover is so high that the employees have coined the term "The Inttra Tap". If you're tapped on the shoulder it means good bye. Existing employees play political games to keep their jobs. The overall business strategy is vague. Hostile environment with consultants. Zero in house business expertise. A company that has forgotten that the most valuable asset it it's people.
Advice to Senior Management – Your most valuable asset is your employees that know your business and your industry.
