I have been working at IOI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You get a paycheck. You can pay for lousy health insurance. You get vacation and personal days. That's it.

    Cons

No real benefits. No raises ever. Paycheck not competitive with other agencies in the area. Upper management seems to be confused.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like you would like to be treated.
