I have been working at IPLogic full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great people to work with, everyone's very friendly. There's a good amount of room for career advancement, and they appreciate anyone who has good ideas/knows what they're doing.
Cons – Couldn't think of any serious cons.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.

Cons – layoffs, some managers not nice to employees, low pay for the work load
