    Pros

Truly a great organization and there are opportunities available to anyone who WORKS for it. Do we have some growing pains as we reinvent ourselves? Yes, but great things are on the way so if you want to be part of something special get on board and enjoy the ride.

    Cons

    1. 401k
    2. The legacy application is a pain in the butt
    3. HR is extremely unresponsive

    Advice to Management

Dates are important but doing it right the first time will be so worth it!

    Pros

Smart people and management. Very savvy sales organization. Lots of executive support. Great technology experience and backbone throughout the organization.

    Cons

Need to catch up technology wise, a little behind competition in UI/UX. no stock options or other benefits outside normal 401K

    Pros

Large company. Protocols and structure are in place for opportunity growth.

    Cons

With such rapid company growth, hard work can go unnoticed.

    Pros

Enjoyed going to work everyday. Close knit team. IQN has a strong platform and is very competitive in the marketplace.

    Cons

For business reasons, I was unfortunately let go. It really is a good place to work if you like a challenge and fast-paced environment. The company went through a tough transition in 2014, but I believe they are on the right track for success.

    Advice to Management

Follow the CEO's lead and be more transparent with your subordinates. The current CEO really did have the best interest of the company and his employees, and unfortunately, my position just did not make sense. Technology positions are very much needed there right now and it would be a great opportunity.

    Pros

Recently remodeled office, open space concept, CEO has vision and communicates well, company finances back on track after several years of mismanagement, emphasis on wellness program

    Cons

Current Technology leadership (CTO and VPs) has created a culture of skepticism and distrust, staff and mid-level managers are not doing their best work because they are fearful for their jobs, top performers consistently under valued and over worked.

    Advice to Management

Only the CEO can change this. Do you want to be the kind of company that leads with a carrot or a stick? In the technology team, it's clearly about the stick.

    Pros

-Location & Office Space is nice
-Complimentary tea, coffee and soda in breakroom
    -Pay was decent

    Cons

    -Culture
    -Benefits
    -Equipment to do your job
    -Managers/Directors/VP's management skills
    -Turnover
    -No advancement opportunity
-Expected to work an insane amount of hours
    -Disorganized

I wish I would have taken some of the bad reviews on this site more seriously before accepting a position here. During the interview process everyone was very flexible, nice, and painted a picture of a great place to work. For me, it ended up being an awful place to work. I can only speak for my department but my manager was terrible. Condescending, demanding, disrespectful, absolutely no training when I started and everything was extremely disorganized. Most of the staff always seemed unhappy as people were not pleasant to work with. It seems like everyone is a Director or VP and they think they are better than everyone else. As another reviewer stated, they will offer you a fancy title and high salary but it truly is not worth it. The benefits are not good and nothing was ever covered on my plan. People were leaving left and right when I started there and it never stopped - absolutely no stability. I am so grateful to be out of there.

    Pros

Great foundation of SaaS platform. Solid initial pay.

    Cons

25% of the company is a VP. They have constantly been laying people off for the past year. It's frightening. If you aren't laid off, you should quit. Turnover is worse than any other place that I have worked. HR doesn't listen to anyone. That team has the highest turnover of all, and no one stays. Benefits have declined. The interview process is a lie. I haven't found a good opportunity yet or I would have left like the rest of my team.

    Advice to Management

Stop catering lunches for internal meetings that fall at 11 AM. Can none of you afford to buy your own lunch not on the IQNavigator budget? Most of us would rather want job security versus your occasional leftovers.

    Pros

pay, pay, pay, pay, pay. Well back in 2011.

    Cons

It's awesome to see that IQ will respond to folks who write great stuff...but will not address the real issues. Classy! lol
This was the worst company I worked for.

    Pros

    - The people you'll work with are great (until they leave for a different job)
    - Lower level managers are very personable and available

    Cons

The company has been in decline for some time. As a result, there's been 3 different changes in upper management in a ~12 months time span resulting in at least 1/3 of the staff leaving (the positions were not back-filled, and management is still at near full employment, so don't expect career advancement opportunity). The newest iteration of management is very hostile towards staff and resonates the opinion that the company's decline is the result of employee negligence.

    What to expect if you work here;
    - Your accomplishments will likely go unnoticed
    - Your shortcomings will be noticed and you will be blasted for them
    - You will feel under-appreciated
    - The average employee tenure is less than 2 years
    - The work is uninspiring

    Advice to Management

It's a great job market right now. If you want to try to manage with an iron fist, you'll drive away what little talent you have left.
