Pros – I had worked closely with ISPG CEO Mr Sajith that was wonderful experience .I was the first software test Engineer there and had developed the whole testing team there.I was serving as Head fo software testing and quality assurance for 2. 5 years.

Cons – Holidays are very less,saturdays are working compared to other software company,should be more professional .

Advice to Senior Management – Should keep some professionally educated people in senior management .
Should give ultimate employee satisfaction
Should give onsite opportunity to employees
Should give more salary to freshers and mide level employees.
