    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Lot to learn in the area of space technology. This experience is unique and limited in the country.

    Cons

Less than average salary for comparable workload and performance. Older generation taking all the decisions.

    Advice to Management

Management is helpless. Its a government organisation and someone from the govt has to take the initiative to improve the welfare of the employees.

  3. Purely technical and balanced work pressure

I have been working at ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good freedom and sometimes research encouragement but within narrow and specific domain. if lucky good job satisfaction. No deadline pressure for me

    Cons

No growth. promotions are delayed intentionally. bad system management. boss is out of the context in some cases. Not permitting for professional growth. No encouragement for higher studies. No out of the domain research is permitted. always trying to do work with less man power and daily work pressure and responsibilities are huge.

    Advice to Management

recruit people based on the type of work needed. don't try to recruit in general so that he can work in all fields. it used to be clicked decades ago. now scenario has been changed.
