I have been working at IST as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

The U.S. office is currently staffed with smart, competent, easy-to-work-with people. The software has improved tremendously over the past few years. Pleasant working environment. Negotiations with management have always been open and fair.

    Cons

Needs for staff far outweigh ability to hire because of budget. Chicken/Egg problem. Need more staff to increase sales, but need more sales in order to hire staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in a few more high-quality sales people to generate needed sales revenue.

    I worked at IST

    Pros

Advancement in a new arena of my life. I believe that the company can accommodate my need for customer service and new ventures.

    Cons

The only challenge would probably be operating a new system. However it never takes me long to adjust.

  3.

    Not bad people, bad implementation.

I worked at IST full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people who strive to do a good job.

    Cons

    -pay capped at $9.50
    - no way to move up unless someone dies or leaves
    - corporate doesn't listen to employees
    - no affordable healthcare benefits ( cancelled it completely)
    - many redundant things that must be done Dailey because someone at corporate thought it was a good idea.
    - vacation, sick time, and holiday pay are all accrued 1.86 days per month. So if hired in late ( October) there's no way to accumulate enough to cover holidays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay employees better, stop coming up with a good idea for one site and trying to force all the others to do it too. Not all sites are the same, different needs.

I worked at IST full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

anyone can get hired for an unglamorous, over work, under paid position.

    Cons

must be a beauty pageant winner to be considered for the sales team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop exploiting your workers, paying them minimum wage while giving the sales team members extravagant gifts and executives bloated salaries.

I have been working at IST

    Pros

The culture is great, it is very family oriented which makes work not always seem like work. All the tools to succeed in the company are given to you which is a huge plus!

    Cons

There aren't many downsides but if I had to pick one it would be the amount of emails sent out. There are alot of unnecessary "reply-all" emails and emails that are received all hours of the night due to time differences.
