    Pros

You choose the hours. Interface is easy to use and it is constantly being updated and improved. They pay for your Skype account. You get a small bonus if you meet certain requirements. There are bosses, but they never breathe down your neck. Your other superiors are very friendly too. Nobody really bugs you. No spending hours on the internet looking for that perfect lesson plan because all the lesson plans are written for you. Little focus on grammar because the 'flipped classroom methodology' encourages the learners to do all the hard work before they come to the session.

    Cons

Sometimes the assignment of hours are not great. You could end up getting 1 student on a Monday morning once a month. That prevents you from getting other students on the other 3 Mondays of the month. Hours are not definite. I had 4 months of hanging around waiting for new contracts to start and made very little money. But we were all in the same boat, even some of the trainers.

    Advice to Management

Discard sessions that are only 1 hour a month and make them into two 30 minute sessions instead. That way students will retain more and it's easier for trainers to use the short lesson plans comfortably.

    Pros

Amazing Support staff. Curriculem is all preared so very little class planning in needed. They work with your schedule. Ongoing training is now provided and theres always possibilities to specialize if you so desire.

    Cons

Very few things come to mind.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes its confusing to know who to contact depending on what you need help with. I think a little more detailed student feedback to the trainers would be good too

Some of the information on the system is outdated and needs revamping

    Pros

the staff are very supportive, personable and appear to genuinely want to help you get through the screening process

    Cons

they may give you NO work after all your effort

    Advice to Management

be upfront from the start. tell people that they will not actually work for ISUS, but that they should do the screening process to be ready for the next available position. otherwise, you're a sending a CLEAR message about how dispensable your freelancers are to you
