    Prosyou get to wear multiple hats due to the size of the company. There are some opportunities to work directly with the clients

    ConsFew challenging projects and not a lot of variety. The company has a high employee turnover and is not able to grow. It's a still a small family business and there is no employee development program.

    Little chance of financial growth as it's a small company.
