    Pros

Varied types of projects. Talented programmers. Flexible schedule. Management listens to your requests.

    Cons

Compensation is not upto industry standards.

Little chance of financial growth as it's a small company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Yearly employee reviews are a bit pointless and doesn't help morale. It can perhaps be made a bit more informal.

    I worked at IT Strategists

    Pros

Decent .NET projects could be given.

    Cons

The scheduling and management styles are still those of venture companies, and at times very unreasonable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Giving a closer attention to the employees, and more respect for their work and effort, as well as showing more intentions to improve the working environment should help the overall quality of the company.
