Good job done in Kolkata. SAP Team has a large hold in this company in the IT sector. The work culture is also nice.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsProject availability is quite good.

ConsOffice politics are little bit annoying and more compared to its counterparts in other states like Bangalore, Pune.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease focus on individual work performamce and growth rather than other miscellenous activities.

No Global Exposure and Onsite opportunities.........but there's a Homely feeling

Associate IT Consultant (Current Employee) Calcutta (India)

ProsFriendly atmosphere, lazy work culture, but if one can work hard by his/her own then there is opportunity to learn a lot. Being a small organization, recognition is easily available.
Hikes are more than average if you are dear to your Reporting Manager, or else average.

    ConsNo Global exposure.
    Only in-house projects (SAP only)
More of a subsidiary of ITC Ltd - beleive me its a Con if you work here
Appraisal process is very confusing and surely not performance based.

Advice to Senior ManagementExpand the SAP sector to bring more in-house projects.
Remove Non Performing and Incompetent Employees from Higher Management

    ProsGood training modules

    Good work culture
Great campus, very green, refreshes you every time you take a stroll
The strategy - Invest your time, learn as much as possible, LEAVE!

    Minuscule hikes
    Pace of work is slow
    Less clients
    No prize for performance
Small organization and you can get lost thus, push forward and intensely, then LEAVE

    Good experience, learn a lot

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosif you are in a project will get lot of things to learn along with added responsibility.

ConsLimited on site opportunities and lack of good projects

    Freaking fraud company

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGood initial package, which is basically to lure people.

    Big fake promises
    Full of idiots
    Unethical company
Should be stripped off all their certifications

ConsZero credibility - you would never get your joining bonus/relocation amount

Extreme mismanagement - There are no processes/policies everything is tweaked as per the needs of the management.

Fake appraisals - There won't be any appraisal discussion, your stupid manager wouldn't even have the courtesy to add feedback comments in the appraisal template.

Doesn't have any development centre in NCR, a bunch of immature people are screwing up life of all the associates.

You can't resign - They would not acknowledge your resignation mail, no matter how many mails you send.

If you don't want to screw up your life, stay 1000 miles away from itc infotech(NCR)

Advice to Senior ManagementEither do something about this mess, or go to hell.
