    Pros

This company is horrific, I can't think of a single pro. Not one.

    Cons

They lied about the job description claiming it was telecommute, it was not. They didn't give me directions on how to get to the interview. They called me asking if I knew when they would get the results of the drug test they setup. They attempted to make it a 1099 contract when it was actually a w4 role and I had to point it out to them. They claimed they would offer the benefits available to them but have avoided the needed contributions with regards to the ACA and instead sent me a $700+ health insurance quote for insurance that is inferior to $150 plans available via the health exchange.

Once I started working, they didn't pay me for 5 weeks because I was unable to access their archaic timecard system, when I attempted to contact them about this they didn't return my email messages or calls.

I had to initiate and email them from multiple email accounts to get it resolved.

Then, they paid me $100 less on paychecks after the 1st and 2nd one and claimed that it had to do with taxes. I have not received stubs for the 3rd and 4th paychecks.

Then upon my resignation they're making threats. They didn't bother to contact the company they assigned me to and didn't respond to my request about who should do it, until the afternoon after I'd informed them.

I have to be honest I'm surprised a company like this is able to continue to do business in America. They are bad for the companies that hire contractors through them. Any company that uses this company is risking that the contractor will get upset for very real reasons and want to be as far away from them as possible.

    Pros

    Good client interaction oppor tunities.

    Cons

The company becomes very unfriendly once you have put in your papers. They start treating you as an outsider and try to punish you for irrational reasons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try to retain the talent else you will slowly but surely lose out in the long run. Look for opportunities within the organization in some other Account if someone does not want to work in their current assignment. Involve central HR team and not just Account specific HR and Managers during the exit process.

    Pros

Salary will be credited on the last working day of the month. Other than nothing. No one (HR/Manager) from ITC will contact you.

    Cons

They will tell, you will be the permanent employee once you joined, and it is long term project. And they won;t tell that you are going to work as a CONTRACT employee in other company. Their main job is outsource resource to the other companies. The CONTRACT tenure will be one year. Once it is over, they will send you to some other companies to attend interview.
