Pros – There you can get knowledge and experience and learn to work hard
Cons – low life balance , no career path , salary is less than effort

Pros – Stable, employment benefits are ok compared to some private companies.
Cons – Politics are the theme of the day, not much processes or clear standards and instructions.
Advice to Senior Management – No more wayang.
