    Rigour, Immense Learning Opportunities, Multiple Projects for Exposure, has multiple facilities / campus across India, Work Life Balance is evolving

    Cons

    Red Tap ism, Certain Policies and Procedures not laid out clearly, Salary gets delayed at times, Acquiring same type of Projects and Clients, Lack of Multiple Clients from diverse industries, Unprofessionally managed

    Let Professional Manage the company wherein culture of organization improves, bring more clients from diverse industry, build respect & credibility amongst employees, stop favouriteism, start being more aggressive for Business Development and assertive while handling clients, adopt open door policy, talk to your employees rather than talking to few people in top management to gauge things

    Politics,Buttering, Grouping and above all NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THE SUBJECT ..ONLY THOSE IDIOTS SURVIVE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO BUTTERING.
