“Very professional”
I have been working at ITR Group
Pros – Very good company to work with, technical department is very informative and helps to keep quality of products shipped from being returned by checking and double checking the products before they ship. RMA's are almost 0 or very minimal and customer service is great combined with one of the fastest shipping department I have ever seen makes this a great company to work for.
Cons – Long hours, hard work, dusty warehouse, stron chemicals can sometimes be over bearing.
Advice to Senior Management – None they were great and the accounting department was always on top of everything.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Needs more rules
You can get lost because of the lack of specified paths
Can be very hierarchical
