    Pros

    Pays a good starting salary
Established company with opportunities for growth.

    Cons

It is pure, GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS (James Foley, 1992)-type selling, with quotas, cutthroat competition, propaganda to get you excited about it, and promotions based entirely on your ability to sell. You call everybody ten times a day, as are all of your competition, so when you actually get somebody to answer the phone (which is tough, because they're ducking you), they despise you already. I didn't care for it, as you can probably tell, but I just don't have the personality for it. My best friend from there does, however, and so she is ranked as "Master Rep 4," making plenty of money. If you're a seller, go for it. If not, look for a regionally accredited school like National University to applied to if you want to get involved in this kind of education. National does not pay as much, but the product and the work expectations are hundreds of times better, IMO

    Advice to Management

Be all about your desire to sell and ability not to take "no" for an answer.

Not a great place to work if you are serious about education and teaching.

    Pros

Access to technical computer software. Working hours and schedule works with a full time job. Good second job.

    Cons

Poor Management. No long term full time position. Difficult students. Poor working environment. Not really a college feeling, more like a high school environment.

    Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at ITT Technical Institute is because of it's great compensation. Also the managment is top of the line

    Cons

Needs to have more progression within the organzation. Should have a different way to conduct scheduling and finally should have better 401K plan
