Good people in the US, but poor management from headquarters in Spain

Prosexcellent benefits, highly competent coworkers, focus on renewable energy is rewarding

ConsCompany is too dependent on Spanish parent company which makes decision process too sluggish.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove communication with the parent company.

Great cultural experience; poor professional experience.

ProsGreat benefits and a very generous vacation package. The workplace environment was very comfortable - a very enjoyable place to be overall.

ConsNearly impossible to get enough work to do. Career advancement difficult - more of a who you know than a meritocracy.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to ensure that employees actually have work to do. I got the impression that managers hired people just to comply with a directive to bring in international employees. Nobody ever gave much thought as to what they would do.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
