Pros
Opportunity to work closely with the top management.You get exposed to various areas across the Insurance IT landscape. Tremendous scope for learning especially when you are at the initial phase of your professional career.
Cons
At times i feel like working in a family run business.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to build a strong middle layer in the organization.
