Pros – Good work balance at work.

Cons – Boss is not so great.

Advice to Senior Management – More down time

I worked at Iconix Brand Group as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Friendly employees, great work culture, learned a lot, everyone was always willing to help each other out, work/life balance was a huge plus for me!

Cons – Communication between departments and/or floors was sometimes off. Each department consisted of only a few employees so it is difficult (but not impossible) to get promoted from within.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Normal work hours

Cons – Poor senior management
Low compensation and benefits
No budget
No career opportunities

Advice to Senior Management – Get house in order or you will end up with no digital department
