Work Life Balance is nice, Flexible schedule, low pressure, good long term career potential. Travel opportunities if you are in sales and marketing.

Cons

Poor management. Questionable leadership, no sales focus, indirect communication, poor incentive compensation structure, finance controlled and "friends" running the business.

Advice to Senior Management

Decide what your goals are and stick to them. Feel free to bring in new talent and remove some longer tenured people.

Good benefits package...excellent employee activities and parties...smart and dedicated co-workers...fun group of people to work with...brand new building to work in.

Cons

Micromanagement abounds at this company...meetings waste a lot of what would otherwise be productive time...incompetent senior management team...no upward mobility unless you are one of management's favorites...favoritism is rampant at this company.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop micromanaging employees...eliminate the favoritism...get rid of useless and unnecessary meetings and improve productivity dramatically...look seriously at the senior management team and replace the deadwood with talent.
